Creamy Topped Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package of philidelphia light neufchatel cheese, softened (or cream cheese)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups peach slices
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups strawberry slices
  • 2 cups grapes

Directions:

  1. Combine neufchatel cheese, lemon juice & peel, mixing well until blended.
  2. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold into neufchatel cheese mixture; chill.
  5. Layer fruit in 2 1/4-quart glass serving bowl.
  6. Top with neufchatel cheese mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
  8. Chill.
