Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 package knox gelatin
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 cups boililng water(but i use the leftover coffee if it is a weak brew)
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla ( use different flavors ,different times)
  • light cream ,or whipped cream that has had coffee liqueur whipped in.

Directions:

  1. Stir together,sugar,coffee,knox,and salt.
  2. Pour the boiling water(or)coffee,over the gelatin mixture,stir until dissolved.
  3. Stir in your choice of flavors..vanilla,or ect.
  4. Pour into china coffee mugs,refrigerate until firm,about 4 hours.
  5. Serve with whipped cream on top.
