My consumption of coffee and tea must raise the economy of the countries in which it is grown...Eat chocolate covered coffee beans,like peanuts...Ah,COFFEE,nectar of the Gods! Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons instant coffee |
1 package knox gelatin |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 cups boililng water(but i use the leftover coffee if it is a weak brew) |
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla(use different flavors,different times) |
light cream,or whipped cream that has had coffee liqueur whipped in. |
Directions:
1. Stir together,sugar,coffee,knox,and salt. 2. Pour the boiling water(or)coffee,over the gelatin mixture,stir until dissolved. 3. Stir in your choice of flavors..vanilla,or ect. 4. Pour into china coffee mugs,refrigerate until firm,about 4 hours. 5. Serve with whipped cream on top. |
