Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 then cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla then beat in flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Fold in coconut and oatmeal then drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake 10 minutes.
