Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted )
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. By hand, beat eggs slightly.
  2. Add sugar, flour and meal.
  3. Add in the milk, butter, vanilla and vinegar.
  4. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees, then at 300 degrees for 10 minutes.
