Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 4 medium onions
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 1 (16 oz ) can pork and beans
  • 3 shakes tomato ketchup ( 3 tbsp)
  • 2 sticks butter

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beed on top of stove; drain.
  2. Slice onions, potatoes and carrots into thin slices.
  3. Add ketchup and pork and beans.
  4. Melt butter; mix together and place in a deep baking dish in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
