Cinnamony Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine flour, salt, soda and cinnamon, set aside.
  3. Cream butter and sugars.
  4. Add peanut butter and mix well.
  5. Beat in your eggs.
  6. Add the dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
  7. Roll into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  8. Flatten with a fork.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes
