Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup craisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat egg whites first, then add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Press into baking pan (I used a loaf pan), sprinkle with cinnamon, and bake for approx 20 min.
