Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except for icing in mixing bowl.
  3. Beat for 2 minutes.
  4. Spray pam on muffin top pans.
  5. Add 1/4 to 1/3 of batter into each space.
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
  7. Turn onto wax paper. Cool.
  8. Put icing onto one cake and place the other on top making a sandwich.
  9. Wrap individually in glad wrap.
