  1. Freeze cherry pie filling and scoop out contents into a blender. Add syrup, brandy, and extract.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into shallow metal pan and freeze for 2 hours, or until frozen. Shave off portions with a spoon or ice cream scoop.
