Chocolate Cherry Sourbet from a Can |

From A Man, A Can, A Plan, made by my Brucie. Prep time does not include time to freeze. Make at least 8 hours ahead of time to allow for chilling. Ingredients:
15 ounces cherry pie filling |
1 cup chocolate syrup |
1 tablespoon brandy |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Freeze cherry pie filling and scoop out contents into a blender. Add syrup, brandy, and extract. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Pour into shallow metal pan and freeze for 2 hours, or until frozen. Shave off portions with a spoon or ice cream scoop. |
