Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

Directions:

  1. Sift together all dry ingredients.
  2. Combine with wet ingredients and blend well.
  3. Spread into a 8 inch baking pant and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min until golden.
  4. Let cool.
