Ingredients:

  • 1 bag tostitos

Directions:

  1. Ingredients:
  2. Tostitos Scoops chips, as many as you feel like eating!
  3. Small can of black beans, rinsed and drained (I use Progresso)
  4. Cup green coriander/cilantro chutney
  5. Cup tamarind chutney
  6. Small tomato, chopped
  7. Small carton of sour cream
  8. Packet of sev
  9. Couple of tablespoons of chat masala I use MDH's chunky chat masala
  10. Chopped cilantro for garnish
  11. Method:
  12. Arrange the Tostitos on a plate
  13. Drop in a couple of black beans in each chip
  14. Spoon in the chutneys as per your taste
  15. Drizzle on the sour cream
  16. Sprinkle the chat masala
  17. Garnish with cilantro,tomato and sev
  18. Munch with gusto
