Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • splash pomegranate juice, or any natural juice
  • lime wedge

Directions:

  1. Add the water, chia seeds, pomegranate juice and a lime wedge to a glass, stirring to combine.
  2. The longer the chia seeds sit in the water, the more gelatinous they will get!
