Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In 1 1/2 qt.
  2. Casserole, layer potatoes and green onion.
  3. Dot with butter.
  4. Pour milk over.
  5. Sprinkle with caraway seed.
  6. Bake, uncovered, in 350F oven 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Sprinle with bacon and cheese.
  8. Bake about 5 more minutes, until cheese melts.
