Directions:

  1. FIRST LAYER
  2. Mix nuts, flour and margarine and spread in 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and cool
  4. SECOND LAYER
  5. Mix creme cheese, sugar and cool whip and spread over the cool first layer
  6. THIRD LAYER
  7. Mix milk, vanilla, butterscotch pudding and burnt sugar and spread over second layer
  8. FOURTH LAYER
  9. Spread with cool whip and sprinkle with nuts
  10. Put in refrigerator until sets up
