Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 stick butter
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans optinal
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Combine flour, b powder, b soda,salt in bowl,set aside.Beat
  3. Butter and sugar in bowl on low. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Add extract.Add flour mixture,
  5. Alt with buttermilk.Start and finish with flour.Grease 2 nine inch pans.Bake for 20-25 min.
  6. For frosting melt 6 tbsp butter
  7. In pan for 5 min or until foamy and bine butter powdered sugar extract
  8. And milk.Beat until desired sreading consistency. Can add
  9. Cup pecans to batter if desired.
