Brown Sugar Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cream vanilla, brown sugar and butter.
  3. Add egg and milk.
  4. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
  6. Fill each cup of a muffin tin 2/3 full.
  7. Bake 15 minutes.
