Broccoli Rabe Pizza

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread dough evenly on a pizza pan.
  2. Coat generously with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle surface with chopped garlic.
  4. Rinse and cut broccoli rabe into 3-4 inch pieces.
  5. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  6. Drain.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on pizza then sausage, sun-dried tomatoes and broccoli rabe.
  8. Sprinkle basil and crushed red pepper.
  9. Bake until crust is brown in a 325°F oven.
