Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients, set aside.
  2. Combine mayo, sugar, vinegar. Mix well.
  3. Add to broccoli mix.
  4. Stir to coat.
  5. Gently stir in orange segments.
  6. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
  7. Serves 6 to 8
