Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frying oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  2. Fry brinjal slices till they turn light brown.
  3. Remove extra oil with paper towel.
  4. Sprinkle salt and chilli powder.
