Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Use for each slice of cheese an ovenproof dish.
  2. Brush the bottom of each ovenproof dish with 1 tbs olive oil.
  3. Put a slice of cheese in each dish, add 1 slice hot pepper, onion, garlic, 1 slice of tomato and top with green bell pepper.
  4. Sprinkle a little oregano on it and a little chili flakes
  5. Close dishes with aluminium folie and bake in the preheated oven ( 200 C ) for10 min.
  6. Garnish with olive halves.
  7. Serve hot, goes nice with meat and poultry.
