Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime or lemon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine water, corn syrup, and sugar in a small saucepan. Place ofer medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Raise the heat and boil without stirring for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool completely. Place the sugar syrup, blackberries, juice in a blender. Blend 1 minute. Pour juice through a strainer to remove the seeds. cover and refrigerate. Put in ice cream maker until done.
