Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups dark corn syrup
  • make crust for 2 pies , line medium size pie dish. sprinkle the walnuts over the crusts. the eggs must be well beaten before adding the sugar, gradually. fold in the flour, corn syrup and water , pour over walnuts in the pie crusts. bake for 3 minutes at 450 degrees , the n reduce temperature to 350 for 30-40 minutes.
