Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup apple butter or 2 1/2 cups apples, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350ºF.
  2. Combine the first 5 ingredients and pat half into an 8x8-inch pan.
  3. Layer apple butter or apples and then sugar. Crumble the remaining mixture over the top.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
