Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown pork chops in oil; remove from pan.
  2. Put peanut butter and soup in pan and heat, adding water gradually; stir until smooth.
  3. Add pork chops back to pan and add onion; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 50 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice.
