Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dark molasses
  • 2 tbsp ginger (the spice)

Directions:

  1. Mix everything and chill the dough until it's easy to handle.
  2. Roll into 1 balls.
  3. Roll in sugar.
  4. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
