Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp basil (optional)
  • 0 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 2 cup rye flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Add the ingredients to the bread maker in the order listed (liquids, seeds, flours, gluten, yeast, salt). If you don't have oat flour, it can be made by grinding or food processing rolled oats. Use your bread maker's shortest bread making setting and enjoy!
