Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake a box chocolate cake (one with pudding in the mix) according to the directions (use a 9x13” pan, greased and floured)
  2. Over medium heat, combine 1 cup Pet milk, 1 cup sugar, 14 oz. coconut and 24 large marshmallows
  3. Stir continuously until the marshmallows melt
  4. Pour this over the baked cake while it is still hot
  5. Let the cake cool for an hour (or can refrigerate for 30 minutes)
  6. Bring to boil 1/2 cup Pet milk and 1 stick of butter or margarine
  7. Then add 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  8. Stir until the chips have completely melted
  9. Pour the chocolate mixture over the marshmallow layer on the cake
  10. Sprinkle with almonds
  11. Refrigerate overnight
  12. *NOTE: This is a very good and very rich cake. Refrigerating it will make the sweetness a little less overwhelming. I recommend that you do not skip this step. ENJOY!!
