Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Ok. Here's the deal. The bread crumbs should be spiced and mixed well. add more or less of any of the spices to get to the right color and flavor you want.
  2. Break off about 3/4 of an inch of the cream cheese and set aside to make the head, tusks, and front flippers.
  3. Wearing candy gloves if possible (running your hands under cold water regularly will help too) shape the remaining cream cheese into a tear drop shape. To prevent the model from sticking to the counter top of cutting board, sprinkle some of the bread crumb mixture on it first, flatten the small end of the tear drop into the rear fluke.
  4. Now you should have the body done. pinch off a tiny bit of cream cheese from the chunk you set aside to make the tusks. roll them in your hands and set them aside.
  5. Divide the remainder into thirds. Roll two into logs and press into the body. Flatten these a bit to make front flippers.
  6. Roll the last third into a ball and stick it on the body to make head. Coat the walrus with the bread crumb mixture. scrape away two small spots on the front of the head to apply the tusks, add the cloves as eyes and a nose, and enjoy!
