  • 300 g tofu
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 50 g salmon

Directions:

  1. Dice and fry onion
  2. Add all other ingredients together (salmon's the ready cooked flaked variety)
  3. Add onion
  4. Shape and fry
