The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter flavor crisco or 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix the butter and brown sugar together until creamy.
  3. Add egg, mix thoroughly.
  4. Add Vanilla and Milk, blend.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt.
  6. Add to brown sugar mixture, blend until flour is all mixed.
  7. Add chocolate chips.
  8. On a non-greased cookie sheet, drop spoonfuls of dough to form round cookies.
  9. Bake form 8-10 minutes for chewy cookies, or longer for crunchy.
