Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixer, cream together butter and sugars.
  2. Add remaining ingredients one at a time, incorporating well before each addition.
  3. With slightly moistened hands (dipped in water), roll dough into balls (golf ball sized) and place onto an non-greased cookie sheet. Using a flat-bottomed measuring cup (preferably metal), lightly moisten with water and press into granulated sugar. Press dough balls 1/2 thick, reapplying sugar after each cookie press.
  4. Bake at 375 for 9 to 11 minutes, being careful not to over-bake. Cookies are done when edges of cookies are slightly darker and middle is no longer doughy. Bottoms should be light.
  5. Allow to cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack. Enjoy!
