The Awesomeness Of Potato Chip Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F. and lightly grease an 8 inch square pan.
  2. Begin by beating the eggs briskly.
  3. Slowly add the sugar, continuing beating until everything is combined well, set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together, set aside.
  5. On the stove top, carefully melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add in the butter too and wait for everything to melt together, stirring a few times to combine.
  6. Fold the chocolate into the egg mixture and add the vanilla and blend well.
  7. Add in your dry ingredients, and combine thoroughly.
  8. Add in the potato chips and combine well.
  9. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Yields 12 crunchety yummy brownies.
