Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tahini
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Mix all ingredients together well.
  3. Roll tablespoons of dough into balls.
  4. Place balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Flatten balls slightly, perhaps with a fork, or hands.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes.
  7. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  8. And eat!
