Directions:

  1. Sue's Refried Beans (crockpot)
  2. Lb. dried pinto beans
  3. -1/2 cups water
  4. /2 cup chopped onion
  5. Cloves garlic, minced
  6. Tbs. salt
  7. Tbs. chili powder
  8. Tbs. cumin
  9. Tsp. oregano
  10. Oz. can chopped greenchiliess
  11. Cook all ingredients in crockpot on high 5-6 hours. Mash beans in pot,
  12. Leave lid off and cook for 30 more minutes or until thickened. Serve
  13. As dip with tortilla chips or make burritos with them.
