Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium apple, peeled
  • 1 tbsp instant oats
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine the oats, margarine,flour and brown sugar until nice and crumbly
  2. Cut up apples and put them into a microwaveable bowl and top with oat mixture
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and microwave on high uncovered for about 2-3 min
