a lower fat version of my other microwave crisp
Ingredients:
1/2 medium apple, peeled
1 tbsp instant oats
1 tsp margarine
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. combine the oats, margarine,flour and brown sugar until nice and crumbly
2. cut up apples and put them into a microwaveable bowl and top with oat mixture
3. sprinkle with cinnamon and microwave on high uncovered for about 2-3 min
