a lower fat version of my other microwave crisp Ingredients:
1/2 medium apple, peeled |
1 tbsp instant oats |
1 tsp margarine |
1 tbsp flour |
1 tbsp brown sugar |
1/4 tsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. combine the oats, margarine,flour and brown sugar until nice and crumbly 2. cut up apples and put them into a microwaveable bowl and top with oat mixture 3. sprinkle with cinnamon and microwave on high uncovered for about 2-3 min |
