3 zucchini saute feta Recipes

olive oil, super large zucchini, cubed, corn kernels (you could use a cup of frozen corn, but i used 4 small ears of sweet corn and cut the kernels off the cob and i would definitely recommend the fresh over the frozen at this time of year), granulated garlic* (i was pressed for time so i took the easy route here, but i know i d prefer using a few cloves of roasted garlic or a few cloves of grated fresh garlic, i ll be using 1 or the other of those next time), konriko jalapeno all-purpose seasoning (if you don tsp have this, you really should get some!!), approx. 2 tbsp lime juice, butter, approx. 1/4 cup finely crumbled feta cheese

olive oil, red potato, quartered, red onion, thinly sliced, garlic clove, minced, zucchini, chopped coarsely, green beans , cut into 1-inch pieces, vegetable broth, fresh corn kernels, tomatoes, coarsely chopped, fresh herb (such as thyme, basil or rosemary), salt and pepper, feta cheese, crumbled (goat cheese or bleu cheese work too)
