lean ground beef, condensed tomato soup, tomato sauce, water, lipton onion soup mix, dry , low sodium if available, i often use 1/2 envelope, frozen corn , do not defrost, frozen tater tots , substitute mashed potatoes, butter (optional)

ground beef, onion, diced, garlic cloves, minced, diced tomatoes, corn, drained, tomato soup, potatoes, boiled & mashed, shredded cheddar cheese, salt & pepper

hamburger, browned and drained, tomato soup , no milk or water, mashed potatoes , left over ok, cheddar cheese, broken into strips, whole kernel corn, drained

ground beef, vegetable soup with beef stock, whole kernel corn (drained ), mixed vegetables (drained ) (optional), diced stewed tomatoes (drained , or use small can tomato sauce, which is my preference), instant mashed potatoes (to taste), shredded cheddar cheese (to taste) or colby cheese (to taste)
