5 sausage broccoli pasta casserole Recipes

sweet turkey sausage, penne pasta, heads broccoli, cut into small pieces, i didn tsp use stalks, onions, cut up, white wine, sweet butter (can use margarine), garlic cloves, oregano, sage, olive oil, enough to cover bottom of large pan and maybe a tad more, definitely a tad more (i love olive oil), chili pepper flakes , to taste, grated parmesan cheese, enough to cover top and mix in casserole (be generous)

hot italian sausage (hot turkey sausage works well & less fat), unsalted butter, flour, milk, ziti pasta, head of broccoli, grated parmesan cheese

rotini pasta, broccoli, chopped, diced tomatoes (do not drain!), grated sharp cheddar cheese, cooked italian sausages, sliced (mild - hot depending on preference), mushroom, cut into quarters, garlic, sliced white onion (i prefer sweet/vidalia), milk, salt, pepper, sharp cheddar cheese, butter or 1 tbsp margarine, soda cracker, parmesan cheese

sweet italian turkey sausage, your favorite prepared alfredo sauce, frozen broccoli florets, artichoke bottoms, low-fat ricotta cheese, jumbo pasta shells, italian style breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper
