polish sausage (kielbasa), onion, chopped, garlic, minced, stewed tomatoes, beef broth (i use beef bouillon and water), uncooked barley (not quick cooking kind ), uncooked lentils, salt, dried basil, diced potatoes, sliced carrot

water, carrots, finely chopped (about 1 1/2 cup.), celery ribs, finely chopped (about 1 1/2 cup.), barley, coarse sea salt, fresh ground pepper, mushrooms, coarsely chopped, onion, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup), butter, chicken broth, heavy cream, kitchen bouquet (liquid ) or 3 tsp maggi seasoning (liquid), chopped parsley, for garnish
