idaho potatoes, peeled, boiled and cut into cubes when cool, approx. 1 lb, butter, flour, milk, salt, pepper, velveeta cheese, diced, sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, skinless smoked sausage (eckrich is my favorite brand), paprika

macaroni, cooked and drained , and tossed with, butter, sage sausage, browned, broken into chunks and drained of grease (weber brand was my mom s favorite, but i prefer jimmy dean s), spaghetti sauce (classico was the only brand mom would use for this.), sliced button mushrooms, drained, shredded mozzarella cheese, romano cheese, grated (kraft)

cream cheese, softened, hot mashed potatoes, egg, beaten, onion, finely chopped, pimiento, finely chopped, minced garlic, salt, pepper, butter , cut into 6 even slices (pats)

sour cream (i prefer ) or 1/2 pint yogurt (i prefer ), cream cheese, softened, white vinegar, celery salt, chopped chives, cucumber, peeled and finely chopped (approxmately 1 1/2 cups)

tuna, drained and flaked, velveeta cheese, cut in cubes, hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped, mayonnaise (hellman s preferably), sweet relish, drained, chopped red onions, chopped green olives, hot dog buns, cut in halves
