grated soap bar (most prefer fels naptha), washing soda, borax

essential oils , of your choice, water, soap bar (grated or flaked , ivory or homemade soaps are best), glycerine

warm water, active dry yeast (more yeast makes it fluffier), salt, vegetable oil, white sugar, bread flour, onion, garlic, minced, sesame seeds, butter

egg yolk (room temperature ), dijon mustard or 1/2 tsp dry mustard, salt, cayenne pepper, vinegar, olive oil or 3/4 cup salad oil

baking potatoes, eggs, lightly whisked, flour, sea salt , to taste, fresh ground black pepper , to taste, nutmeg, olive oil

handmade italian bread, sliced into about 1/2 inch slices(you don tsp have to make it, but you ll find this in a bakery section, not the wonder bread section), deli pastrami or corned beef, sandwich sliced provolone cheese, not grape ) tomatoes, waffle style french fries (pieces are okay, but you just need the equivalent of 1 fry per sandwich , baked per package directions, your favorite cole slaw...but not overly sweet. my quick version follows, mayo, preshredded cole slaw mix, poppyseed dressing, an extra tsp or 2 of red wine vinegar, cayenne, celery powder (crushed seed), fresh ground black pepper, you will have left over cole slaw

joy dishwashing soap or 1/2 cup liquid dishwashing soap, water, glycerin (from drugstore)

soap bar, fels naptha, arm & hammer washing soda, twenty mule team borax

liquid castille soap (i use scented!), washing soda (see directions... you can make your own with baking soda), baking soda, vinegar, essential oil (optional)
