vanilla ice cream, slightly softened, orange sherbet, slightly softened, graham cracker crust, non-dairy whipped topping, mandarin orange segments, drained well, toasted flaked coconut

full fat coconut milk, minus 2 tbsp maple syrup or 1/4 cup agave, alcohol-free vanilla, rice milk (or other milk substitute), guar gum (the original recipe didn tsp call for this but i think it improves the consistency), ripe bananas (optional), chopped cashews (or other additions ) (optional), cinnamon , to sprinkle on top (optional)

canned regular unsweetened coconut milk (use 2 full cans plus the solid part of the 3rd can of coconut milk), high quality unrefined , organic coconut oil, stevia truvia, salt, egg yolks, good vanilla extract

frozen bananas (read *note below), agave nectar, to taste (honey , raw sugar, or other sugar can be substituted), coconut milk (can use other substitute including but not limited to soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, etc.), vanilla extract (not imitation ), pecans or 3/4 cup walnuts, toasted, maple syrup (*not* imitation !), coarse salt (i used sicilian sea salt)

turbinado sugar, unflavored gelatin, unsweetened coconut milk, rice milk, egg yolks, beaten, hulled strawberries, pure vanilla extract

dairy topping, vanilla instant pudding mix, cream cheese, softened, crushed pineapple in juice, well drained and chilled, vanilla yogurt, frozen creamy coconut ice cream bars, cut into small chunks
