Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pick 12 big fat peppers and cut in half length wise (always use protection)discard seeds.
  2. Combine cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice and cayenne to your liking.
  3. Stuff jalapeno with mixture. Place shrimp on top with tail sticking up.
  4. Place on won ton and wrap using small amount of water to seal.
  5. Deep fry until it floats and is golden brown.
  6. Enjoy with seriously cold beverage of your choice.
