Ingredients:

  1. Parboil potatoes 20 mins. in salted water, drain.
  2. Cut potatoes crosswise into eight 1-in. thick slices.
  3. Cut onion crosswise into four 1-in. thick slices.
  4. Alternately thread 2 potato slices and an onion slice, through skin of vegetables, on each of 4 8-in. skewers.
  5. ________________________
  6. Combine rest of ingredients to make seasoned butter
  7. Brush butter mixture on both sides of vegetables
  8. Broil over medium coals, or heat, for about 20 minutes, turning after about 10 mins. and brushing with seasoned butter occasionally.
