Peanut Butter Mega Morsel Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate , mega morsels
  • 3/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl.
  2. Beat peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy.
  3. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and peanuts.
  4. Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Press down slightly.
  5. Bake in preheated 350* oven for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove and cool completely.
