Peanut Butter Chocolate Logs or Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 lb) box confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 1/2 oz paraffin wax (or your preference of dipping chocolate)

Directions:

  1. Thoroughly mix sugar, coconut, pecans, vanilla and graham cracker crumbs into peanut butter.
  2. Pour melted butter over mixture and blend well.
  3. Shape dough into logs or eggs.
  4. Melt chocolate and paraffin together in double boiler.
  5. (or use your choice of dipping chocolate) Working quickly, dip log or egg into chocolate.
  6. Place on waxed paper or greased cookie sheet to set up.
