  1. Preheat oven to 350°; butter an 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. Combine the rolled oats and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Distribute the peaches evenly in the pan.
  4. Mix the eggs, vanilla, and cream in a bowl; pour over the peaches; top with the rolled oat mixture.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the oats are browned and the peaches bubble up around the edges of the pan.
  6. Serve hot or at room temperature.
